Our History

Sacred heart Convent School, Bhattian, is an extension of the vision of the first Bishop of Jalandhar Rt. Rev. Dr. Symphorian Keeparth. It was established in 2000 to extend its services in the field of education. This is a Co-Educational English Medium School founded and Governed by Missionies of jesus the Catholic Diocese of Jalandhar, a registered Charitable Society.

The Bishop of Jalandhar is the Patron of The school. At present the school is run by the society of the missionaries of Jesus. The motto of the school is to learn, to Love and to serve. It is a Christian Minority School, Enjoying all the rights and privileges enshrined in articles 29 and 30 of the Indian constitution. Every Student is encouraged to profess and Practice his/her religion. Its aim is to impart education to all without any Discrimination of religion, caste and creed in the broad spirit of the teachings of Jesus Christ.
